Last Updated: June 22, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data collected through the Skyare website, waitlist, early access areas, contact form, and similar digital touchpoints is processed, stored, and protected.

2. Data We Collect

Skyare may process the following categories of data to improve the experience and respond to user requests:

  • Name, surname, and contact details.
  • Email address and waitlist application details.
  • Topic, message, and additional notes submitted through the contact form.
  • Technical information related to site usage, device, and browser.
  • Limited operational records required to meet legal obligations.

3. Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed to respond to user requests, manage waitlist and early access workflows, improve the product experience, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and share important Skyare updates.

4. Processing and Storage of Data Collected Through the Contact Form

Name, email address, topic, and message content submitted through the contact form are processed only to evaluate the user's request, route it to the right team or partner, respond when necessary, and preserve record integrity. This data is retained for a reasonable period depending on the nature of the request; when there is no legal obligation, active dispute, or clear business need, it is deleted, anonymized, or access is restricted.

5. Data Sharing

Skyare does not sell personal data for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with service providers such as hosting, email, infrastructure, and security providers only to the extent required to deliver the service and under confidentiality obligations. Lawful requests from authorized public bodies are reserved.

6. Retention Periods

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing. Once that period ends, data is securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Waitlist and early access records may be retained until the relevant process is completed or the user requests deletion.

7. Security

Skyare applies reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

8. User Rights

Users may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent where applicable under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the extent applicable, and other relevant data protection rules.

9. KVKK and GDPR Notice

Skyare aims to process personal data in line with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, and security. KVKK provisions may apply to users in Türkiye, while GDPR provisions may apply to users in the European Economic Area or otherwise within GDPR scope. User requests are reviewed within a reasonable period depending on the nature of the request and applicable law.

10. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy, personal data requests, KVKK/GDPR rights, or data submitted through the contact form may be sent by email to hello@skyare.net or through the contact form available on the website.
