Return Policy

Return principles for Skyare early access, waitlist-related digital memberships, and digital service payments.

Last Updated: June 22, 2026

1. Scope

This Return Policy explains the basic return conditions that may apply to early access memberships, waitlist-related digital passes, or similar digital service payments offered by Skyare.

2. Digital Service Nature

Skyare early access membership or similar digital rights may provide benefits such as inclusion in the closed beta process, priority review, updates, and early participation in product development. The scope of these rights may change according to the product development schedule.

3. Return Request

Users may submit a return request within a reasonable period after payment. Requests are evaluated based on payment date, whether the service was used, whether an invitation or access right was assigned, and applicable consumer law.

4. Situations Where Returns May Not Be Available

A return request may be declined or partially approved in the following situations:

  • The digital early access right has been assigned and actively used.
  • A closed beta invitation has been sent or access benefits have been activated.
  • The request involves misuse, repeated payment-return cycles, or misleading information.
  • Applicable law limits return rights for digital content or digital services.

5. Return Process

After a return request is received, the Skyare team reviews it and responds within a reasonable period. Approved returns are processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times caused by banks, payment providers, or card issuers are outside Skyare's control.

6. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

Payments confirmed as incorrect, duplicate, or caused by a technical issue are reviewed quickly in favor of the user. In such cases, payment proof or transaction details may be requested.

7. Contact

Return requests and payment questions may be sent to hello@skyare.net or through the contact form available on the website. Sharing the payment date, email address used, and a short explanation helps the request move faster.
